采用双向旋转研磨方法制备了纳米 CL-20,用 SEM、XRD 及激光粒度分析仪测试了其形貌晶型及粒度分布,采用 GJB 772A-97方法测试了其机械感度,分析了纳米 CL-20的粉碎机理。结果表明,制备的 CL-20为粒径100nm 的半球形颗粒,且粒度分布较窄。纳米炸药晶型与微米炸药一致,均为ε型。与微米 CL-20相比,纳米CL-20的摩擦感度、撞击感度、冲击波感度分别下降25.0%,116.2%和58.1%。

Nano-sized 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20 )was prepared using a bi-directional rotation mill method.The scanning electron microscope (SEM)and the laser particle size analyzer were used to characterize the morphology and size distribution of the nano-sized CL-20.GJB 772A-97 methods were adopted to test its mechanical sensitivity.The comminution mechanism of the nano-sized CL-20 was analyzed.Results show that the prepared particles are semi-spherical at the size of about 100 nm with a narrow particle size distribution.The crystal form of the nano-sized particles is epsilon (ε)as the same with the micron-sized particles.In comparison with the micron-sized CL-20, the friction,impact and shock sensitivities of nano-sized CL-20 decrease by 25 .0%,116.2% and 58.1 %,respectively.
