目的：探索口腔颌面外科住院患者护理依赖的相关因素,为患者提供个性化的护理提供依据.方法对上海某医院101例口腔颅颌面科术后护理分级为二级的住院患者进行一般资料、自我护理能力测定量表(the exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA)和护理依赖量表(care dependency scale,CDS)的调查.结果口腔颌面外科住院患者护理依赖程度处于中等偏低水平,护理依赖得分为(54．52±12．871)分；男性患者的依赖程度大于女性(t＝－2．547,P＜0．05),不同疾病患者的护理依赖得分差异有统计学意义(F＝28．858,P＜0．01),口腔肿瘤及颌面部外伤患者护理依赖程度较高.患者自我护理能力与护理依赖得分呈正相关(r＝0．163).结论口腔颌面外科住院患者护理分级为二级患者间的护理依赖程度存在一定的差异,其影响因素与性别和疾病种类有关.

Objective To analyze influence factors of nursing dependence on patients with oral and maxillo-facial surgery in hospital,to provide reference for personalized care for the patient.Methods 101 cases of inpatients were selected and investigated by using general information scale,the exercise of self-care agency scale and care dependency scale.Results Oral surgical inpatients were in the middle low level about nurs-ing degree of dependence,and nursing dependency score was 54.52 ± 12.871;The degree of dependence of male patients was higher than that of female (t=-2.547,P<0.05).There was significantly difference be-tween the scores of nursing care of patients with different diseases (F=28.858,P<0.01).The score was higher about dependence nursing care of patients with oral and facial tumor j aw inj ury.Patients’self-nurs-ing ability had weak positive correlation with nursing dependence (r=0,163).Conclusion Gender and dis-ease affect degree of nursing dependence oral and maxillofacial surgery,although the same level of patients with routine nursing care,nursing dependence has a certain difference.
