以黄淮海地区10个优良大豆品种为材料,采用Griffing不完全双列杂交NCⅡ设计,配制25个杂交组合,研究大豆主要农艺性状的杂种优势,并进行配合力效应分析。结果表明,大豆农艺性状的杂种优势是普遍存在的,所有性状的平均杂种优势呈现正向优势,单株粒重、单株粒数、单株荚数的杂种优势最大,分别为35.58%、34.23%和31.47%,对产量的杂种优势贡献较大;菏豆19、邯豆6号、山宁14和Williams82在单株荚数、单株粒数和单株粒重这3个性状上均有较高的一般配合力,是组配强优势组合的良好亲本;各个性状内不同组合间特殊配合力效应有的为正向效应,有的为负向效应。在选配特殊优良组合时,应根据育种目标,优选最佳组合。

With 10 elite soybean varieties from Huang-Huai-Hai Valleys as materials, 25 hybridization combinations were compounded based on NCⅡ, and heterosis and combining ability for the main agronomic traits in summer soybean were studied. The results showed that heterosis of agronomic traits of soybean was common, and the average heterosis of all characters was positive. The heterosis of seed weightper plant, seed number per plant and pod number per plant was higher, with 35.58%, 34.23%and 31.47%, respectively, which contributed a lot to yield heterosis. The general combining ability of Hedou 19, Handou 6, Shanning 14, and Williams 82 was relatively higher in seed weight per plant, seed number per plant and pod number per plant, and are quality parents for designing strong hybridization combinations. There were significant differences in special combining ability among parents for the same trait in different combinations. Some showed positive effect, and others showed negative effects. We could select the best combination according to breeding objectives in selecting and matching special elite combinations.
