随着新育成大豆品种数量的不断增加以及分子生物学技术的发展，指纹图谱身份证的构建逐渐成为当今品种鉴定的重要技术手段。文中综述了SSR指纹图谱身份证技术在大豆品种鉴定方面的应用进展；综合分析了当前SSR指纹图谱身份证构建技术存在的问题，并提出相应的改进方向，以期为科学快速准确地鉴定大豆品种，评价种质资源和解决品种产权纠纷提供参考依据。

With the increase in the number of newly released soybean varieties and the development of molecular biological technique, the establishment of SSR fingerprint identity has been an important means for authentic identification of soybean varieties. This paper reviewed the application of SSR fingerprint identification in the authentic identification and analyzed the problems existed in SSR fingerprint identification establishment for soybean varieties. The direction for future improvements in identifying soybean varieties was proposed in order to provide some references for identifying soybean varieties rapidlyand accurately, and for evaluating soybean germplasm resources in resolving the disputes about the right of the new soybean varieties.
