目的：观察鼻内激素联合鼻腔冲洗在儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎治疗的疗效。方法选取2009年10月至2012年10月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎80例，随机分为两组，每组40例。试验组患儿采用鼻内激素联合鼻腔冲洗治疗，对照组患儿采用单纯的常规鼻内激素治疗，不行鼻腔冲洗。比较两组患儿用药1个月后的临床疗效和症状缓解时间。结果试验组患儿治疗后总有效率（95.0%）明显高于对照组（60%），且其鼻塞、流鼻涕、头晕、头痛等症状缓解时间也明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论鼻内激素联合鼻腔冲洗相较于常规鼻内激素治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎效果明显，其临床症状缓解时间良好，不良反应少，有一定的临床优势，值得推广使用。
목적：관찰비내격소연합비강충세재인동만성비-비두염치료적료효。방법선취2009년10월지2012년10월수치적만성비-비두염80례，수궤분위량조，매조40례。시험조환인채용비내격소연합비강충세치료，대조조환인채용단순적상규비내격소치료，불행비강충세。비교량조환인용약1개월후적림상료효화증상완해시간。결과시험조환인치료후총유효솔（95.0%）명현고우대조조（60%），차기비새、류비체、두훈、두통등증상완해시간야명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론비내격소연합비강충세상교우상규비내격소치료인동만성비-비두염효과명현，기림상증상완해시간량호，불량반응소，유일정적림상우세，치득추엄사용。
Objective To observe the efficacy of nasal hormone combined with nasal irrigation on chronic rhinosinusitis in children. Methods Eighty cases of chronic rhinosinusitis from October 2009 to October 2012 were selected as clinical research objects. All patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. The children in experimental group were treated by nasal hormone combined wtih nasal irrigation,and the children in control group adopted conventional nasal hor-mone treatment merely. The clinical efficacy and symptom alleviating time of two groups children after one month was compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group(95. 0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(60%). Af-ter treatment,the symptom alleviating time of anti-diarrhea,anti-nausea,defervescence and dehydration of experimental group were superior to the control group,and the differences were significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Nasal hormone combined with nasal irrigation has better efficacy compared with conventional nasal hormone therapy in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis in children,which were with well clinical symptom alleviating time and fewer adverse reactions have certain clinical advantages,so it is worth to be promoted.
