This article mainly introduces the network topological structure, analyzes the influence of the presence of several factors of the reliability of network and network reliability problem. The working principle and common fault detection mechanism, advantages of BFD technique, the OSPF routing proto-col interaction process of the bidirectional forwarding detection ( BFD) , finally puts forward some prob-lems needing attention in engineering.
