土地数据业务规则错综复杂，其检查规则常处于不断地更新变化中。目前的土地检查系统中检查规则基本上都是与程序代码绑定，规则变动困难，系统难以重用。为解决这一问题，提出基于规则引擎的土地数据质量检查方法的研究。利用规则学习方法，将方法应用于浙江省基本农田划定内业数据质量检查系统。研究结果表明规则可灵活修改，满足规则变化更新的要求，完成了浙江省90个县的数据质量检查控制。该方法优于检查规则与程序代码绑定的土地检查系统，实现业务与代码相分离，解决系统重用困难的同时提升了检查效率，更适用于未来的生产工作中。

Business rules of land data are intricate and complex w hile check rules of land data are changed frequently .The current land data checking system's check rules and codes are almost bound together .Rule change is difficult and system is hard to reuse .In order to solve these problems ,a quality checking method of land data based on rule engine research is proposed .Using rule learning ,this method is verified by applying to the quality checking system of cropland zoning data .It meets the needs of rule change and finishes ninety counties' data checking and controlling of Zhejiang province .This method is prior to the system with check rules and codes binding together .It separates check rules and codes ,solving difficulty in reusing the system .Meanwhile ,it improves the efficiency of checking ,more useful and suitable for future work .
