目的:了解综合性大学在校生群体压力水平,为高校针对性地开展大学生心理健康工作提供依据。方法:通过分层整群抽样对某综合性大学1301名在校大学生开展压力感的问卷调查。结果:调查人群总体压力水平得分为1.60±0.49,男生得分高于女生,差异有统计学意义。男生在健康、适应、恋爱、自卑等不同压力来源方面的得分明显高于女生。不同年级大学生的总体压力水平得分无明显差异,但是大三学生表现出在择业压力方面明显的焦虑感(F=9.186,P<0.001)。另外,非独生子女总体压力感较独生子女高;来源于农村的大学生总体压力水平高于城市大学生;随着父母文化水平的提高,大学生心理压力变小;忽视冷漠型的教育方式,心理压力水平最高,而民主权威型的教育方式,心理压力水平最低。多重线性回归显示,性别、家庭教育方式、生源地、父母文化水平与大学生的心理压力有关。结论:在校大学生压力得分总体偏低,不同特征群体之间存在差异,应根据其压力感特点采取积极有效的措施以缓解大学生压力感。

Objective:To investigate the status of psychological pressure in college students for the evidences to plan mental health education in scientific manner.Methods:By stratified cluster sampling methods,we conducted a survey on 1 301 undergraduates for the psychological pressure status with ques-tionnaire.Results:Average scoring on overall levels of pressure was 1.60 ±0.49.The male students scored higher than the females in general as well as in different pressure sources regarding health,school life adaptation,maintenance of love relationship and sense of inferiority.No significant difference was ob-served in overall pressure levels concerning students from different grades,whereas the juniors showed higher anxiety in future job-hunting(F=9.186,P<0.001).Students from families with more than one child or from rural areas had higher mental pressure than their counterparts .And the pressure tended to decrease in whose parents with better educational background.Indifferent education style resulted in the highest pressure score,whereas democratic and au-thoritative educational style was capable of reducing the pressure level .Still,multiple linear regression showed that the pressure levels were associated with gender,family education modality,original living areas and educational background of parents.Conclusion:Although the psychological pressure level ap-pears relatively low,yet the difference remains in different group of students .Therefore,pressure relief shall be centered on characteristic basis for effective intervention.
