目的:探讨莫罗尼鼠白血病病毒前病毒整合基因-1( proviral integration of moloney murine leukemia virus ,Pim-1)及C-myc在初诊多发性骨髓瘤( multiple myeloma ,MM)发病机制中的可能作用。方法:采用RT-PCR检测22例MM患者骨髓及10例非恶性血液病患者骨髓中Pim-1 mRNA及C-myc mRNA的表达水平。结果:在初诊的多发性骨髓瘤患者中Pim-1和C-myc基因的表达显著高于对照组,二者比较有差异性( P<0.05);Pim-1和 C-myc 基因的表达成正相关( r=0.577, P<0.01)。结论:Pim-1及C-myc基因的过度表达,在多发性髓瘤的发生发展中可能具有协同作用。

목적:탐토막라니서백혈병병독전병독정합기인-1( proviral integration of moloney murine leukemia virus ,Pim-1)급C-myc재초진다발성골수류( multiple myeloma ,MM)발병궤제중적가능작용。방법:채용RT-PCR검측22례MM환자골수급10례비악성혈액병환자골수중Pim-1 mRNA급C-myc mRNA적표체수평。결과:재초진적다발성골수류환자중Pim-1화C-myc기인적표체현저고우대조조,이자비교유차이성( P<0.05);Pim-1화 C-myc 기인적표체성정상관( r=0.577, P<0.01)。결론:Pim-1급C-myc기인적과도표체,재다발성수류적발생발전중가능구유협동작용。
Objective:To explore the mechanisms of proviral integration site for moloney murine leukemia virus 1(Pim-1) and c-myc in the pathogenesis of multiple myeloma(MM).Methods:Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to detect the Pim-1 mRNA and c-myc mRNA level in the bone marrow specimens from 22 newly diagnosed MM cases and 10 cases of non-hematological malignancies.Results:The level of Pim-1 mRNA and c-myc mRNA in newly diagnosed MM cases was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the Pim-1 mRNA expression was posi-tively correlated with c-myc mRNA(r=0.577,P<0.01).Conclusion:Over-expression of Pim-1 and c-myc in MM indicates that the two proto-oncogenes may be synergetic effect in the pathogenesis and progression of this entity .
