Gualou-Xiebai dripping pills%process%optimization
目的:优化瓜蒌薤白滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法:以硬度、圆整度、拖尾、粘连等为评价指标,采用正交设计法从基质的选择、基质与药物的配比、滴速等几个方面对瓜蒌薤白滴丸的制备工艺进行研究。结果:滴丸的最佳成型工艺为以PEG6000作为基质,药物与基质配比(g/g)=1∶2,滴速为30 d/min。结论:选取的滴丸制备工艺合理,制备的滴丸符合《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版的相关规定和要求。

목적:우화과루해백적환적최가제비공예。방법:이경도、원정도、타미、점련등위평개지표,채용정교설계법종기질적선택、기질여약물적배비、적속등궤개방면대과루해백적환적제비공예진행연구。결과:적환적최가성형공예위이PEG6000작위기질,약물여기질배비(g/g)=1∶2,적속위30 d/min。결론:선취적적환제비공예합리,제비적적환부합《중화인민공화국약전》2010년판적상관규정화요구。
Objective:To optimize the preparation process of Gualou-Xiebai dripping pills.Methods:The evaluation index included hardness,smoothness and roundness,occurrence of tailing and adhesion of the finished products ,and orthogonal design was used to evaluate the preparation technology regarding selection of the solid material,ratio of the solid substrate to medicine,discharge velocity in process.Results:The optimal conditions for forming Gualou-Xie-bai dripping pills consisted of PEG6000 as solid substrate,ratio of the medicine to solid substrate by 1∶2(g/g) and discharge velocity by 30 drops per mi-nute.Conclusion:process for preparation of Gualou-Xiebai dripping pills appears optimal,and the process complies with the specifications described in China Pharmacopoeia(2010).
