受加工、装配精度等硬件条件的制约,锂动力电池卷绕机的电芯卷绕速度受到了很大的制约。为进一步解决卷绕精度和生产速度的矛盾,降低加工采购成本,提出了一种在隔膜传输机构上增加智能纠偏系统的改进方法,使隔膜的重叠对位精度大幅提高,以往受隔膜偏移制约的卷绕速度问题也得以解决,而且降低了导向轴的精度要求,节约了加工采购成本,提高了设备竞争力。
受加工、裝配精度等硬件條件的製約,鋰動力電池捲繞機的電芯捲繞速度受到瞭很大的製約。為進一步解決捲繞精度和生產速度的矛盾,降低加工採購成本,提齣瞭一種在隔膜傳輸機構上增加智能糾偏繫統的改進方法,使隔膜的重疊對位精度大幅提高,以往受隔膜偏移製約的捲繞速度問題也得以解決,而且降低瞭導嚮軸的精度要求,節約瞭加工採購成本,提高瞭設備競爭力。

The winding speed of li-ion power battery winding machine has been greatly restricted by precision processing and assembly hardware conditions.In order to solve the contradiction between the winding speed and accuracy, reduce processing procurement costs, here presents an intelligent correction systemincreases in membrane transport structure improvement methods in his paper,the winding speed problemin the past due to septumdeviation constraints can be improved now. But also the accuracy requirements of the guide shaft is reduced,the cost of procurement and machining is saved,and the competitiveness ofthe equipmentis improved.
