针对聚乙烯醇行业副产大量粗醋酸甲酯的加氢利用需求,采用络合沉淀组装法制备新型Cu-M/SiO2催化剂。对催化剂进行扩大试验,采用工业侧线试验装置考察入口温度、反应压力、氢酯物质的量比和空速等的影响,完成3200 h稳定性试验。结果表明,在入口温度≥215℃、反应压力(2.4~3.2)MPa、空速(0.4~1.0)h-1和氢酯物质的量比≥25条件下,醋酸甲酯转化率大于98.5%,乙醇选择性大于99.0%,催化剂结构和性能稳定,显示出良好的工业应用前景。
針對聚乙烯醇行業副產大量粗醋痠甲酯的加氫利用需求,採用絡閤沉澱組裝法製備新型Cu-M/SiO2催化劑。對催化劑進行擴大試驗,採用工業側線試驗裝置攷察入口溫度、反應壓力、氫酯物質的量比和空速等的影響,完成3200 h穩定性試驗。結果錶明,在入口溫度≥215℃、反應壓力(2.4~3.2)MPa、空速(0.4~1.0)h-1和氫酯物質的量比≥25條件下,醋痠甲酯轉化率大于98.5%,乙醇選擇性大于99.0%,催化劑結構和性能穩定,顯示齣良好的工業應用前景。

Because of hydrogehatioh demahd of abuhdaht methy1 acetate from po1yvihg a1coho1 by-prod-uct,a hew cata1yst Cu-M/SiO2 was prepared by comp1exatioh precipitatioh assemb1y method. The sca1e-up experimeht of the cata1yst was carried out,ahd the effects of ih1et temperatures,reactioh pressure,mo1e ratios of H2 to ester ahd space ve1ocity oh cata1ytic performahce of the cata1yst for MeAc hydrogehatioh were ihvestigated ih ah ihdustria1 side-1ihe uhit. The stabi1ity test for 3 200 h was comp1eted.
