针对某火电厂输煤程控频繁故障,对网络结构改造、控制方式进行优化,极大地提高了输煤程控系统的抗干扰能力和安全性,彻底解决了原来由于通讯频繁中断,尤其受环境温度和电磁干扰而造成的皮带异常停止和失去保护的不安全隐患,为火电厂输煤控制及其它辅助控制系统通讯异常的处理提供一些借鉴。

Aiming at the frequent failure of coal conveying programmed control in a power plant, the network structure reformation and control mode are optimized. It can greatly improve the anti-interference ability and security of coal conveying programmed control system, and completely solve the original unsafe hidden danger due to frequent communication interrupt, especially affected by the environmental temperature and electromagnetic interference causing the belt abnormal stop and loss protection. It also provides some reference for the abnormal communication handling of coal conveying programmed control and other auxiliary control system in thermal power plant.
