针对当前借助计算器手工核算电费工作量大、差错率较难保证的问题，提出基于VB的可视化电费核算软件平台。该软件平台只需输入电表指数和公式系数，便可直观地给出电量、变线损、力调值等电费计算参数，较采用计算器手工核算电费、手工查表法计算变线损和力调值的效率高43.16%、差错率降低2.86%。通过实际电费核算应用结果表明，该电费核算软件能有效提高电费核算的效率和准确率，缩短工时且易于操作和推广应用，有助于供电企业人力资源集约化建设。

An visualization electric charge accounting software based on Visual Basic is designed for reducing the heavy workload and the error rate of manual calculation by using calculator. The platform can show the electricity, loss of transformer and line, adjustment-value of power factor and other calcula-tion parameters directly by entering into the values of electric meter and formula coefficients. And the ef-ficiency is improved by 43. 16%, the error rate is reduced by 2. 86% comparing to manual calculation. The results of using show that the designed software platform can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracyof electric charge calculation. Moreover it can shorten working time and it is easy to be applied and popularized. This design is contributed to human resource intensive construction of power supply enterprises.
