针对空气预热器机械传感器漏风控制系统的常见故障进行了详细分析,并提出了具体解决方案,通过机组大修对漏风控制装置进行技术改造后,消除了影响漏风控制装置正常运行的重大故障,解决了空预器漏风控制系统运行时对于间隙测量的准确性问题,完善了漏风控制系统的远程监视和多重保护,提高了系统运行的可靠性和安全性,而且降低了设备维护成本,本空气预热器漏风控制装置技术改造取得了预期效果。
針對空氣預熱器機械傳感器漏風控製繫統的常見故障進行瞭詳細分析,併提齣瞭具體解決方案,通過機組大脩對漏風控製裝置進行技術改造後,消除瞭影響漏風控製裝置正常運行的重大故障,解決瞭空預器漏風控製繫統運行時對于間隙測量的準確性問題,完善瞭漏風控製繫統的遠程鑑視和多重保護,提高瞭繫統運行的可靠性和安全性,而且降低瞭設備維護成本,本空氣預熱器漏風控製裝置技術改造取得瞭預期效果。

The common faults of the air-preheater mechanical sensor air leakage control system are ana-lyzed in detail, and it proposed the concrete solution. Through the outage of air-preheater leakage control unit after technical renovation, eliminated the significant affect the normal operation of air leakage control device failure, solved the air-preheater leakage control system problem for clearance measurement accura-cy, and improved the air leakage control system remote monitoring and multiple protection, improved the reliability and security of the system operation. The air-preheater leakage control technical reform has obtained the expected effect.
