子宫内膜异位症为妇科常见疾病之一，一般仅见于生育年龄妇女，为激素依赖性疾病。当本病出现在肛门周围时，称为肛周子宫内膜异位症。因肛周子宫内膜异位症临床少见，报道散见，常被误诊为肛周囊肿、肛周脓肿或(和)肛瘘等，一直缺乏一个系统的认识和规范的诊断与治疗。本文就该病的诊断与治疗做一概述。

Endometriosis is a common gynecological and hormone-dependent disease which can be found mostly in women of childbearing age. When endometriosis occurs in the perianal area, it is called perianal endometrio-sis. Perianal endometriosis has been usually misdiagnosed as perianal cyst, perianal abscess or anal fistula since it is rarely seen or reported. Systematic knowledge, reasonable diagnosis and treatment of perianal endometriosis is hence needed. The article here intends to make a review on the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
