目的:分析轮状病毒感染性脓毒症患儿血清CRP、免疫球蛋白水平变化及其与心肌酶谱的关系。方法选择在本院接受住院治疗的56例轮状病毒感染性脓毒症患儿作为观察组,选择同期在本院注射疫苗的56例健康小儿作为对照组,比较两组研究对象的血清CRP、免疫球蛋白水平及心肌酶谱指标值差异,分析血清CRP、免疫球蛋白水平与心肌酶谱相关性。结果(1)观察组患儿血清CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但其血清IgG、IgM、IgA等免疫球蛋白水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组患儿的血清高敏心肌肌钙蛋白(hs-cTnT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等心肌酶谱指标值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)血清CRP水平与hs-cTnT、CK、CK-MB呈正相关(P<0.05),IgG、IgM、IgA水平与hs-cTnT、CK、CK-MB呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论轮状病毒感染性脓毒症患儿血清CRP、心肌酶谱水平升高,免疫球蛋白水平降低,且心肌酶谱指标值与血清CRP、免疫球蛋白含量具有相关性。

목적:분석륜상병독감염성농독증환인혈청CRP、면역구단백수평변화급기여심기매보적관계。방법선택재본원접수주원치료적56례륜상병독감염성농독증환인작위관찰조,선택동기재본원주사역묘적56례건강소인작위대조조,비교량조연구대상적혈청CRP、면역구단백수평급심기매보지표치차이,분석혈청CRP、면역구단백수평여심기매보상관성。결과(1)관찰조환인혈청CRP수평현저고우대조조(P<0.05),단기혈청IgG、IgM、IgA등면역구단백수평균현저저우대조조(P<0.05);(2)관찰조환인적혈청고민심기기개단백(hs-cTnT)、기산격매(CK)、기산격매동공매(CK-MB)등심기매보지표치명현고우대조조(P<0.05);(3)혈청CRP수평여hs-cTnT、CK、CK-MB정정상관(P<0.05),IgG、IgM、IgA수평여hs-cTnT、CK、CK-MB정부상관(P<0.05)。결론륜상병독감염성농독증환인혈청CRP、심기매보수평승고,면역구단백수평강저,차심기매보지표치여혈청CRP、면역구단백함량구유상관성。
Objective To analyze serum CRP, immune globulin level change of children with sepsis for rota-virus infection and its relationship with myocardial enzyme. Methods Fifty-six children with sepsis for rotavirus in-fection in our hospital were enrolled in observation group, and 56 healthy children received vaccine injection in our hospital over the same period were enrolled in control group. Then serum CRP level, immunoglobulin and myocardial enzyme index were compared, and correlations between serum CRP, immunoglobulin level and myocardial enzyme were analyzed. Results (1) Patients' serum CRP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Serum IgG, IgM and IgA levels were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). (2) Patients' serum myocardial enzyme index hs-cTnT, CK, CK-MB in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). (3) Serum CRP level was positively correlated with hs-cTnT, CK, CK-MB levels (P<0.05). IgG, IgM and IgA immune globulin levels were negatively correlated with hs-cTnT, CK, CK-MB levels (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum CRP and myocardial enzymes levels increase in children with sepsis for rotavirus infection, while immunoglobulins levels decrease. There are significant correlations between myocardial enzyme index and serum CRP, immune globulin levels.
