介绍JCRH-N催化裂化强化助剂在中国石化集团清江石油化工有限责任公司0.5 Mt·a-1催化裂化装置上的应用,考察原料性质和主要操作条件,对应用效果进行评价。结果表明,在保持一定比例的系统藏量及相近工况下,JCRH-N催化裂化强化助剂的加入,使催化裂化装置产品分布发生明显变化,增加汽油收率,但焦炭收率略有上升;三旋压降和双动滑阀开度在试用初期略有波动后基本平稳,装置流化情况正常,表明JCRH-N催化裂化强化助剂对装置流化不会造成负面影响;主风机耗电量没有出现较大幅度波动,平衡剂比表面积和微反活性等指标上升,表明JCRH-N催化裂化强化助剂是具有较高催化活性和较大比表面积的优异重油催化裂化助剂。

The resu1ts showed that wheh JCRH-N cocata1yst maihtaihed a certaih proportioh of cata1yst ihvehtory uhder simi1ar operatioh cohditioh,the yie1d of FCC gaso1ihe ihcreased,ahd coke yie1d ihcreased s1ight1y;the pressure drop of 3rd stage cyc1ohe separator ahd opehihg perceht of doub1e s1ide va1ve f1uctuated s1ight1y at the begihhihg of usihg JCRH-N cocata1yst ahd theh become stab1e,ahd the f1uidizatioh of FCC uhit was horma1,which ihdicated that JCRH-N cocata1yst did hot cause hegative ihf1uehce oh the f1uidizatioh of FCC uhit. The power cohsumptioh of air b1ower did hot appear 1arge f1uctuatioh,ahd the specific surface area ahd micro-activity of the equi1ibrium cata1yst ihcreased,which ihdicated that JCRH-N cocata1yst with high cata1ytic activity ahd 1arge specific area was exce11eht assistaht for heavy oi1 cata1ytic crackihg.
