目的：探讨PET／CT检查联合肿瘤标志物检测诊断肺癌的意义。方法对2009年6月—2012年6月解放军第105医院肿瘤诊疗中心经病理诊断或随访证实的99例肺部疾病患者进行回顾性分析。观察肺部病灶PET显像的FDG最大标准摄取值（ SUVmax ）、CT显像，分析PET／CT检查、肿瘤标志物检测、PET／CT和肿瘤标志物联合运用对肺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性及准确性。结果 PET／CT 检查对肺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为85．19％、77．78％、83．84％；肿瘤标志物（ CEA、CA125、CA19-9、NSE、SCC）联合检测对肺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为86．42％、77．78％、84．85％；联合PET／CT和肿瘤标志物检测对肺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为96．30％、83．33％、93．94％，与PET／CT检查、肿瘤标志物检测相比，P＜0．05，具有统计学意义。结论对于无法明确病理诊断的肺部疾病患者，联合PET／CT检查和肿瘤标志物检测，有助于提高肺癌的诊断率，减少误诊和漏诊。
목적：탐토PET／CT검사연합종류표지물검측진단폐암적의의。방법대2009년6월—2012년6월해방군제105의원종류진료중심경병리진단혹수방증실적99례폐부질병환자진행회고성분석。관찰폐부병조PET현상적FDG최대표준섭취치（ SUVmax ）、CT현상，분석PET／CT검사、종류표지물검측、PET／CT화종류표지물연합운용대폐암진단적민감성、특이성급준학성。결과 PET／CT 검사대폐암진단적민감성、특이성、준학성분별위85．19％、77．78％、83．84％；종류표지물（ CEA、CA125、CA19-9、NSE、SCC）연합검측대폐암진단적민감성、특이성、준학성분별위86．42％、77．78％、84．85％；연합PET／CT화종류표지물검측대폐암진단적민감성、특이성、준학성분별위96．30％、83．33％、93．94％，여PET／CT검사、종류표지물검측상비，P＜0．05，구유통계학의의。결론대우무법명학병리진단적폐부질병환자，연합PET／CT검사화종류표지물검측，유조우제고폐암적진단솔，감소오진화루진。
Objective To explore the significance of diagnosis in lung cancer about PET/CT examination combined tumor markers. Methods To carry out a retrospective analysis about 99 patients with pulmonary disease be confirmed by pathology or follow-up in The People’ s Liberation Army Cancer Center of No.105 Hospital between 2009 June to 2012 June.Observe the maximum standard uptake value ( SUVmax) of PET imaging in lung’ s lesions ,Analysis the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy between PET/CT inspect single, tumor markers and combined use .Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of cancer’ s diagnosis on PET/CT inspect were 85.19%,77.78%,83.84%,on tumor markers test were ( CEA,CA125,CA19-9,NSE,SCC) were 86.42%,77.78%,84.85%,on joint test were 96.30%,83.33%,93.94%,P<0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclussion About the patients with pulmonary disease unable explicit pathological diagnosis,union PET/CT inspect and tumor markers can help to improve the diagnosis rate of lung cancer,also reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
