以水稻秸秆为试验材料,在温室盆栽和大田小区环境下,设置秸秆纤维素降解菌剂A、 B、 C为处理,以不施用菌剂为对照( CK),通过测定秸秆失重率( RW)、秸秆纤维素( RCD)和半纤维素降解率( RHCD),探讨水稻秸秆在旱作土壤中的降解过程及秸秆纤维素降解菌剂对秸秆降解的影响。结果表明:水稻秸秆在旱作土壤中的降解过程依据秸秆降解率可以划分为初期、前期、中期和后期4个阶段;秸秆纤维素降解菌剂对秸秆降解促进作用主要在初期阶段,且施用效果受环境温度影响很大:在温室盆栽(20℃)条件下,3种菌剂处理秸秆的初期阶段降解需要10 d,均比CK提前15 d左右;大田低温(<10℃)环境下,菌剂B和菌剂A处理秸秆的初期阶段降解需要45 d,而CK需要60 d,菌剂C则没有明显效果。

In order to study the decomposition process of rice straw in upland soil and the effect of three stalk-degradable micro-bial preparations, two pot experiments and one field trail were conducted by measuring ratio of straw weight loss ( RW) , straw cellulose degradation ( RCD) and hemi-cellulose degradation ( RHCD) . The tested microbial preparations were SD-A, SD-B and SD-C. It was showed that decomposition process of rice straw in upland soil could be regarded as four stages:initial stage, early degradation stage, middle degradation stage and late degradation stage according to RW. Stalk-degradable microbial preparation could significantly promote straw degradation rate in initial stage, and environmental temperature had great impact on straw degradation particularly to that with inoculating microbes. In the initial stage, it took 10 days in green house under 20℃with three stalk-degradable microbial preparations applied, which was 15 days earlier than CK treatment. For the field test below 10℃, SD-B and SD-A treatments took 45 days in the initial stage, while CK treatment spent 60 days. Compared with SD-B and SD-A, SD-C showed no effect on rice straw decomposition in this field test.
