汉语、维吾尔语比喻无论是表层的结构形式，还是蕴含在形式内部的深层喻义都存在种种差异。差异产生的原因很多，有语言本身结构的原因，也有认知思维不同产生的原因。文章以维译本《红楼梦》为例，试从语言体系和认知心理两个角度探索造成汉、维两个民族比喻差异的原因所在。

There are many differences in figures of Speech between Chinese and Uyghur in both exterior struc-ture at surface and interior metaphorical meaning at profound level.And the causes are various.Some are caused by language structure itself, others by the differences in thinking pattern.This article studies the cau-ses of the speech figures'differences in the two languages from the perspectives of language system and cogni-tive psychology in the case of Uyghur version "A Dream of Red Mansions.
