根据某院成功加入地方全市统一预约挂号平台、由部分预约扩大为全预约的实践，对传统预约存在的弊端加以分析，论述军队医院创新加入地方全市统一预约平台的具体实施办法：前期调研门诊医师出诊习惯及看诊情况、改造软件系统、增设硬件设施、解决军队系统保密问题、加强门诊出诊医师的管理及考勤等等，收到了较好的效果，打破了各自为政的局面，实现了全市统一预约、全市医疗资源共享，优化了就诊流程、扩大了预约时间、范围及途径，扩大服务内容，实现号源实时同步更新，真正意义上突破了全预约服务的瓶颈，为推广全预约服务提供借鉴。
