能力培养是应用型人才培养的主要目标，要培养出适应市场需要的应用型人才，必须对现有的人才培养方案、课程体系、实验实训条件等进行全面改革。以课程教学改革为研究对象，从课程结构、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等几方面进行研究，为应用型人才的能力培养提供几点改革措施。
능력배양시응용형인재배양적주요목표，요배양출괄응시장수요적응용형인재，필수대현유적인재배양방안、과정체계、실험실훈조건등진행전면개혁。이과정교학개혁위연구대상，종과정결구、과정체계、교학내용、교학방법、고핵방식등궤방면진행연구，위응용형인재적능력배양제공궤점개혁조시。
The main target of applied talents is the cultivation of ability. We must reform the training scheme,curriculum system,talents training mode,experimental training conditions for the cultivation of applied talents,so that they can meet the needs of the marKet. This paper taKes the reform of the course as the research object,studies the aspects of curriculum structure,curriculum system,teaching content and teaching methods,assessment methods and provides some reform measures for the ability cultivation of applied talents.
