目的:运用因子分析方法综合评价医院各临床科室住院病区的运行状况,判断出各科室的优势及劣势方面,为医院管理者提供决策依据。方法采用SPSS 15.0中的因子分析方法,纳入14个医院管理中的常用指标,多维度的综合评价各临床科室运营状况。结果生成4个主要因子FAC1_1,FAC2_1,FAC3_1, FAC4_1,分别从各临床科室收治患者的能力、医疗资源利用效率与医疗费用情况、医疗辐射能力及病案质量、医疗水平4个维度来综合评价各科室住院病区的运营状况,并且判断出了综合得分较高的科室及得分较低的原因。结论因子分析方法不但能够综合评价各临床科室住院病区的运行状况,并且能够帮助医院及临床科室不断提高运行状况。

Objective Using the factoranalysis to comprehensive evaluate the clinical departments operating situation. Diagnosedthe advantages and disadvantages ofeach clinical department, provide decision-making basis for hospitaladministrators.Methods Using the factor analysis method in SPSS 15.0, comprehensive evaluated of multidimensionoperation status ofclinical departments by 14 hospital managementindicators.Results Fourmain factors named FAC1_1,FAC2_1,FAC3_1,FAC4_1 represent of clinical departmentsof patients admittedability, medical resources utilizationefficiency andhospitalization expenses, medicalradiating capacity andthe quality of medical records and Medical skillslevel, these four factors can comprehensive evaluated the clinical departments’ operating situation. Finally, the paper finds out the advantage and disadvantage of 3 clinical departments operating skills, help the hospital administrators to optimize the allocation of medical resources and at the same time provide acontinuous improvement way for clinical departments.ConclusionFactor analysismethod can not only comprehensive evaluatedthe operating status of eachclinical departments,but also canhelp them toimprove the operation skills.
