本文采用ICP-OES法测定载银活性炭纤维浸渍水溶液中的银含量,分析了其银离子释放的机理、影响因素和银离子释放的持续性能。结果表明,载银活性炭纤维银离子释放的过程由纤维表面银颗粒的银离子释放与活性炭纤维对银离子的还原吸附共同作用完成;浸渍过程中银离子释放浓度随水溶液中溶解氧浓度、载银活性炭纤维银含量的增加而增大,随水溶液pH值、浸渍温度的提高而减小;载银活性炭纤维的银离子释放持续性能优异。

본문채용ICP-OES법측정재은활성탄섬유침지수용액중적은함량,분석료기은리자석방적궤리、영향인소화은리자석방적지속성능。결과표명,재은활성탄섬유은리자석방적과정유섬유표면은과립적은리자석방여활성탄섬유대은리자적환원흡부공동작용완성;침지과정중은리자석방농도수수용액중용해양농도、재은활성탄섬유은함량적증가이증대,수수용액pH치、침지온도적제고이감소;재은활성탄섬유적은리자석방지속성능우이。
In this article, silver loaded activated carbon fiber is immersed in water solution, and silver content of the water solution is then determined by ICP-OES method. The release mechanism, release influence factors and sustained release performance of the silver loaded activated carbon fiber are also analyzed. The results indicate that the silver release process of the silver loaded activated carbon fiber in water solution is the result of the silver ion release of silver particles on fiber combined with the silver ion reduction-adsorption by activated carbon fiber. In the process of impregnation, the concentration of silver ion improves with the increase of concentration of dissolved oxygen and silver content of the silver loaded activated carbon fiber. It decreases with the increase of pH and impregnation temperature. In addition, the silver loaded activated carbon fiber shows excellent sustained release ability.
