目的:观察案例教学法( CBS)结合以问题为基础的学习教学法( PBL)在重症监护病房( ICU)血液净化治疗教学中的应用效果。方法选择进修医生70人,对其采取CBS结合PBL的教学方法,于学习完成后进行问卷调查,评价课堂效果和教学效果。结果95.7%以上的进修医生认为CBS结合PBL的教学方法有助于活跃课堂气氛、提高师生及学生间的互动以及完成教学目标,92.9%以上认为有助于更加深刻地理解理论知识、提高临床操作与解决问题能力、提高学习兴趣以及获取与掌握新知识,94.3%的进修医生喜欢该教学模式。结论在ICU血液净化治疗教学中采取CBS结合PBL的方法,可取得较好的课堂效果和教学效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of case-based study ( CBS ) combined with problem-based learning (PBL) in teaching of the therapy of blood purification in intensive care unit (ICU).Methods Seventy trainee doctors were taught by using CBS combined with PBL teaching method during their study of blood purification in ICU .After study, we used questionnaires to assess the teaching qualities of this teaching method .Results As the result of the ques-tionnaires, 95.7%of the trainee doctors said that this teaching method was beneficial to active classroom learning atmos -phere, improve the interaction between teachers and students and achieve teaching goal .Furthermore, 92.9% of them thought that it was helpful for them to learn the theoretical knowledge better and improve the abilities of clinical practices and solving the problem .They also thought this teaching method was beneficial for them to develop their interest of studying and get the new knowledge .94.3%of them liked this teaching method .Conclusion It is an effective way in the teaching of blood purification in ICU by using CBS combined with PBL teaching method , which could make classroom-teaching effect better.
