This paper has analyzed the basic connotation of collaborative talent training in vocational colleges, and talked about the logic and motivation of the collaborative training. It has come to a conclusion that the collaborative talent training must start from the changes in talent training ideology, the clarification of training objectives, the optimization of training modes, curriculum systems development, the reforms in practical education, and the mechanism innovation as well. In these aspects, production- teaching combination, perfection in college-enterprise cooperation and realization in work-integrated learning must be taken into consideration.
