目的：探析内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床综合治疗效果，为内分泌失调性骨质疏松症的临床治疗提供借鉴意义。方法收集该院2012年5月—2014年5月160例内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床资料，将其分为对照组（80例）和综合组（80例），其中对照组进行常规药物治疗，综合组患者进行综合治疗，并对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果对照组中内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者的临床治疗的总有效率77.5%（62/80），综合组中患者的临床治疗总有效率97.5%（78/80），其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论临床上采用综合治疗方式对内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者进行疾病治疗即给予性激素替代治疗、鲜鱼降钙素治疗、对症治疗相结合治疗，具有显著的临床治疗效果，且安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐석내분비실조성골질소송증환자적림상종합치료효과，위내분비실조성골질소송증적림상치료제공차감의의。방법수집해원2012년5월—2014년5월160례내분비실조성골질소송증환자적림상자료，장기분위대조조（80례）화종합조（80례），기중대조조진행상규약물치료，종합조환자진행종합치료，병대량조환자적림상치료효과진행분석비교。결과대조조중내분비실조성골질소송증환자적림상치료적총유효솔77.5%（62/80），종합조중환자적림상치료총유효솔97.5%（78/80），기차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05)。결론림상상채용종합치료방식대내분비실조성골질소송증환자진행질병치료즉급여성격소체대치료、선어강개소치료、대증치료상결합치료，구유현저적림상치료효과，차안전가고，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment in endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis, to provide ref-erence for clinical treatment. Methods To collect the clinical data of 160 cases of endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis from May 2012 to May 2014, they were divided into the control group (80 cases) and comprehensive group (80 cases); the control group routine adapt drug therapy, while the comprehensive group carry the comprehensive treatment, and compare and analyze the clinical ther-apeutic effect of the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate endocrine lost tonal osteoporosis in the control group was 77.5% (62/80), the total clinical effective rate in the comprehensive group was 97.5% (78/80), the difference is statistically signifi-cant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients who with clinical endocrine tonal osteoporosis, the comprehensive treatment which contain sex hormone replacement therapy, fresh fish calcitar treatment, symptomatic treatment combination therapy, has significant clinical effect, safe and reliable, it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
