随着吕梁城市规模的不断发展，水厂数量的不断增多，将来投入运营的水厂、泵站及管网所的数量也越来越多。本文从规划及设计两方面介绍了吕梁市供水信息系统方案，重点介绍系统设计所包含的内容，所涉及到的新技术，以及集中控制中心的主要功能。集控中心实施之后，吕梁市将建立供水的集中监控和管理，可实现所有供水设施运行数据的采集，实现设备维护、保养的有效管理，实现备品备件、药剂的统一管理，实现对电能消耗、运行成本的分析管理，从而达到全市供水设施的最佳配置。

With quick development of the scale of city Luliang, more and more water plant and pumping station will be established. This paper introduces the water-supplier intelligent system of LuLiang, especially about the system composition, the related new technology and the main functions of the integrated control center. After setting up the control center, Luliang will build the integrated control and management, which is able to obtain the working data of all water-supplier, achieve the effective management for equipment maintain and repairmen and the united management for spare parts and stuff. It therefore improves the function of water supply facility all around city and achieves the analysis and management for power loss and running cost.
