目的：分析封闭负压吸引（VSD）技术治疗糖尿病性溃疡的临床护理经验和效果。方法选择2013年1月—2014年6月本院住院治疗的糖尿病性溃疡患者60例，将2组患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例，均进行VSD 技术治疗及控制血糖、抗感染、清创换药等对症治疗，对照组患者在此基础上给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予综合护理，比较分析2组患者的临床总有效率、伤口愈合情况及护理满意度。结果治疗后，观察组患者临床总有效率优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者满意度优于对照组（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者溃疡减少面积及溃疡减少深度明显大于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组患者住院时间明显短于、医疗费用明显少于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论封闭负压引流技术有利于糖尿病性溃疡分泌物的引流，能有效控制创口感染，加速愈合，促进肉芽组织生长。综合护理措施对保证 VSD 技术治疗糖尿病性溃疡有重要意义，值得临床进一步推广。
목적：분석봉폐부압흡인（VSD）기술치료당뇨병성궤양적림상호리경험화효과。방법선택2013년1월—2014년6월본원주원치료적당뇨병성궤양환자60례，장2조환자안조수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조각30례，균진행VSD 기술치료급공제혈당、항감염、청창환약등대증치료，대조조환자재차기출상급여상규호리，관찰조환자재대조조기출상급여종합호리，비교분석2조환자적림상총유효솔、상구유합정황급호리만의도。결과치료후，관찰조환자림상총유효솔우우대조조，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자만의도우우대조조（P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자궤양감소면적급궤양감소심도명현대우대조조，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；관찰조환자주원시간명현단우、의료비용명현소우대조조，2조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론봉폐부압인류기술유리우당뇨병성궤양분비물적인류，능유효공제창구감염，가속유합，촉진육아조직생장。종합호리조시대보증 VSD 기술치료당뇨병성궤양유중요의의，치득림상진일보추엄。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing experience and effect of vacuum seal-ing drainage(VSD)in treatment of diabetic ulcers.Methods A total of 60 patients with diabetic ulcers were selected from our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 and were divided into obser-vation group and control group according to random number table with 30 cases in each group.All the patients were given VSD technology treatment,blood glucose control,antibiotics,debridement and dressing.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The total clinical efficiency,wound healing and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the total clinical efficiency in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The satisfac-tion rate of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05). The reduced ulcer size and reduction of ulcer depth in the observation group were significantly greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).The hospitalization and medical expenses in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage is conductive to drainage of secretions of diabetic ulcers and can effectively control wound infection,accelerate healing and promoted the growth of granulation tissue.Comprehensive nursing measures was important to ensure vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of diabetic ulcers, so it is worthy of further promotion.
