目的：探讨 PDCA 循环管理模式在机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者中的疗效。方法选取78例机械通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者，并将其随机分为观察组和对照组各39例，对照组采用常规护理模式护理，观察组采用 PDCA 循环管理模式护理，比较2组血气指标及治疗效果。结果观察组有效率明显高于对照组；pH 值、SaO2、p（CO2）、p（O2）等血气指标改善程度明显优于对照组；不良反应明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论 PDCA 循环管理模式护理有利于改善患者血气指标，降低不良反应，提高治疗效果。
목적：탐토 PDCA 순배관리모식재궤계통기치료호흡쇠갈환자중적료효。방법선취78례궤계통기치료호흡쇠갈환자，병장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조각39례，대조조채용상규호리모식호리，관찰조채용 PDCA 순배관리모식호리，비교2조혈기지표급치료효과。결과관찰조유효솔명현고우대조조；pH 치、SaO2、p（CO2）、p（O2）등혈기지표개선정도명현우우대조조；불량반응명현저우대조조，비교차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론 PDCA 순배관리모식호리유리우개선환자혈기지표，강저불량반응，제고치료효과。
Objective To explore the efficacy of PDCA cycle management mode in respira-tory failure patients treated by mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 78 respiratory failure patients treated by mechanical ventilation were divided into observation group and control group with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing while the obser-vation group was given PDCA cycle management nursing,and blood gas indexes and treatment ef-fect were compared.Results The efficacy rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,blood gas indexes in the improvement of pH,SaO2,p(CO2)and p (O2)were significantly better than that in the control group,and adverse reactions was significant-ly lower than that in the control group,which showed significant differences(P <0.05).Conclu-sion PDCA cycle management mode nursing helps to improve blood gas indexes,reduce adverse reactions and improve treatment effect.
