目的：探讨关怀照护对骨髓穿刺术患者的影响。方法选取本院需要做骨髓穿刺术患者160例，应用随机数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组，每组80例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上实施关怀照护，比较2组患者疼痛和护理满意度。结果2组疼痛及护理满意度比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论人文关怀照护有利于提高护士的人文关怀能力，减轻患者的疼痛，提高护理满意度。
목적：탐토관부조호대골수천자술환자적영향。방법선취본원수요주골수천자술환자160례，응용수궤수자표법수궤분위실험조화대조조，매조80례。대조조접수상규호리，실험조재상규호리기출상실시관부조호，비교2조환자동통화호리만의도。결과2조동통급호리만의도비교，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론인문관부조호유리우제고호사적인문관부능력，감경환자적동통，제고호리만의도。
Objective To explore the impact of humanistic nursing theory in patients un-dergoing bone marrow puncture.Methods According to number table method,a total of 160 hos-pitalized patients undergoing bone marrow puncture were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the experimental group was conducted humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group. The pain and satisfaction rate in patients in both groups were compared.Results The differences in pain and nursing satisfaction rate were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Human-istic nursing theory helps to improve the capacity of humanistic nursing,reduce pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
