目的:探析我国基层医院药事管理模式存在问题并制定相应改进措施。方法从我国基层医院中随机抽取200家作为研究对象,通过问卷方式围绕药事管理制度、设施、人员、管理效果几个方面展开调查分析,了解我国基层医院药事管理模式中所存在问题。结果200家基层医院中,药、库房面积达标率、药学人才总量达标率、人才结构达标率分别为30.5%、36.0%、29.0%。基层医院药事管理制度中药品各项管理制度制定率均不超过30%,最高仅为27.0%。主任药师、副主任药师、主管药师等高级职称管理人员严重缺乏,主要由药士负责管理工作,达62.0%。结论我国基层医院“重医轻药”现象日益严重,通过对我国基层医院药事管理模式现状分析可明确所存在问题并制定相应改进措施,提升管理机制运行效果与规范化运作水平,促进基层医院药事管理水平的提高。

Objective To probe into the problems of China’s grass-roots hospital pharmacy management mode and to formulate the corresponding improvement measures. Methods Randomly selected 200 grass-roots hospitals in China as the study object, through questionnaire survey analysis of deployment of pharmacy management system, facilities, personnel, management effectiveness aspects around, understood the problems which exist in basic level management mode in pharmacy hospital in china. Results 200 grass-roots hospitals, the area of the warehouse standard rate, medicine and qualified rate, standard rate of total pharmacy talents, pharmaceutical talented structure compliance rates were 30.5%, 36%, 29%. The medicine pharmacy management system management system in basic hospital setting rate was less than 30%, the highest was only 27%. A serious lack of director and vice director of the pharmacists, pharmacists in charge and other senior management titles, mainly by the pharmacist in charge of management work of 62%. Conclusion The phenomenon of”medical re light the medicine”in our grass-roots hospital is becoming increasingly serious, through analyzing the current situation of the mode of pharmacy management in primary hospitals in China can be clear about the existing problems and to formulate the corresponding improvement measures, improve the operation level of management mechanism and standardize operative effect, promote raising the level of grass-roots hospital medicine management.
