慕课遇到的课程版权归属趋于复杂化、合理使用规则适用受阻、对授权许可需求增多等法律问题，提供了图书馆为其开展版权服务的支点。我国图书馆为慕课提供版权服务受到立法滞后、版权信息系统和授权机制不健全、版权替代资源建设薄弱等因素的制约，服务的切入点包括：建立版权管理组织，培养版权管理团队；嵌入慕课教学活动，了解和掌握慕课的版权特征与版权保护的规律性；同版权中介管理组织建立业务联系，适度开展版权清理、授权、结算活动；搜集、组织、整合、揭示版权替代资源；制定并完善慕课版权政策，从事版权教育，对师生利用版权的行为进行指导等。
