目的：对禄劝县健康人群麻疹抗体水平进行了解，评价人群免疫的状况和疫苗接种效果，为麻疹的控制和消除提供科学的依据。方法监测对象为2013-2014年连续两年按随机抽样原则选择不同年龄组健康人群，采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体，以血清抗体滴度>1：200为阳性，>1：800为达到保护水平。结果2年共检测血清851份，麻疹抗体阳性率为98.94%，其中达到保护水平的有93.18％。结论禄劝县麻疹防控形势依然严峻，应结合麻疹抗体水平监测加强重点人群的麻疹疫苗接种工作。
