Blumea megacephala%blood pressure%heart rate%NO%ET-1
目的:观察白花九里明提取液对小鼠血压、心率以及血清一氧化氮( NO)、内皮素-1( ET-1)浓度的影响,初步分析白花九里明对心血管系统影响及其机制。方法取50只小鼠,随机均分为5组,正常对照组给予0.85%NaCl注射液,美托洛尔组给予0.3 mg/mL美托洛尔溶液,替米沙坦组给予0.5 mg/mL替米沙坦溶液,白花九里明低浓度组和高浓度组分别给予150 mg/mL和300 mg/mL白花九里明提取液,灌胃每天1次,共14 d。末次灌胃20 min测量小鼠血压和心率后,摘除眼球取血,检测血清NO、ET-1浓度。结果白花九里明低浓度组的收缩压、舒张压、心率和血清NO、ET-1浓度与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。白花九里明高浓度组的收缩压和舒张压均明显低于正常对照组和白花九里明低浓度组(P<0.05,P<0.01),但与替米沙坦组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白花九里明低浓度组、替米沙坦组的心率与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),美托洛尔组的心率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),白花九里明高浓度组的心率明显低于替米沙坦组(P<0.01)而与正常对照组和美托洛尔组差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。血清NO浓度:仅有白花九里明高浓度组明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),其余组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清ET-1浓度:仅有白花九里明高浓度组和替米沙坦组明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),其余组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白花九里明达到一定用量能降低动脉血压,但对心率没有明显影响,其降压作用可通过减少心搏出量和降低外周阻力来实现。

목적:관찰백화구리명제취액대소서혈압、심솔이급혈청일양화담( NO)、내피소-1( ET-1)농도적영향,초보분석백화구리명대심혈관계통영향급기궤제。방법취50지소서,수궤균분위5조,정상대조조급여0.85%NaCl주사액,미탁락이조급여0.3 mg/mL미탁락이용액,체미사탄조급여0.5 mg/mL체미사탄용액,백화구리명저농도조화고농도조분별급여150 mg/mL화300 mg/mL백화구리명제취액,관위매천1차,공14 d。말차관위20 min측량소서혈압화심솔후,적제안구취혈,검측혈청NO、ET-1농도。결과백화구리명저농도조적수축압、서장압、심솔화혈청NO、ET-1농도여정상대조조비교차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。백화구리명고농도조적수축압화서장압균명현저우정상대조조화백화구리명저농도조(P<0.05,P<0.01),단여체미사탄조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);백화구리명저농도조、체미사탄조적심솔여정상대조조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),미탁락이조적심솔명현저우정상대조조(P<0.01),백화구리명고농도조적심솔명현저우체미사탄조(P<0.01)이여정상대조조화미탁락이조차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。혈청NO농도:부유백화구리명고농도조명현고우정상대조조(P<0.05),기여조간비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);혈청ET-1농도:부유백화구리명고농도조화체미사탄조명현저우정상대조조(P<0.05,P<0.01),기여조간비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론백화구리명체도일정용량능강저동맥혈압,단대심솔몰유명현영향,기강압작용가통과감소심박출량화강저외주조력래실현。
Objective To investigate the effects of blumea megacephala extract on the blood pressure , heart rate and serum NO and ET-1 concentrations of mice , thus to preliminarily analyze the mechanism of Blumea megacephala ex-tract on the cardiovascular system .Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into normal control group , metoprolol group, telmisartan group , Blumea megacephala low-concentration group and high -concentration group , in which differ-ent lavages were given to for 14 days.Blood pressure, heart rate and serum NO and ET -1 concentrations were were de-termined aftere that .Results There was no significant difference in the systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure or serum NO and ET -1 concentrations between the Blumea megacephala low -concentration group and normal control group.Significantly lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were observed in Blumea megacephala high-concentration group than those in normal control group and Blumea megacephala low-concentration group ( P<0.05, P<0.01) , and with no significant difference comparing with telmisartan group .There was no significant difference in heart rate between normal control group and Blumea megacephala low-concentration group or telmisartan group , however , the heart rate in metoprolol group was significantly lower normal control group ( P<0.01 ) .The heart rate in Blumea megacephala high-concentration group was significantly lower than that in telmisartan group ( P<0.01) , with no signifi-cant difference comraring with normal control group .Serum NO concentration in Blumea megacephala high-concentration group was significantly higher than normal control group ( P<0.05 ) , while no significant difference revealed among the other 3 groups .Serum ET-1 concentrationsin Blumea megacephala high-concentration group and telmisartan group were significantly lower than normal control group (P<0.05, P<0.01), while there was no significant difference revealed a-mong the other groups .Conclusion Blumea megacephala in a certain dosage can reduce blood pressure , without appar-ent effect on heart rate , which probably via reduction in stroke volume and decreased peripheral vascular resistance .
