目的:探讨两种带教模式在消毒供应中心中的应用效果。方法选取消毒供应者中心护生60例作为研究对象,采用随机对照表将护生分为对照组和观察组,对照组行一对一带教,观察组在对照组基础上辅以多媒体教学,了解理论成绩、实验成绩,评估带教成果。结果观察组理论考试成绩和实践成绩优秀率分别为53.34%、50.0%显著高于对照组23.33%、20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教质量满意、特殊器械消毒、防护意识、院内感染知识认知度评分分别为(94.26±2.86)分、(95.69±3.11)分、(97.62±2.07)分、(98.62±1.19)分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心护生采用一对一带教联合多媒体教学,可提高护生实践操作能力。

Objectives To discuss the effects of two teaching modes applied to the CSSD.Methods60 student nurses in the CSSD were selected as the objects of study. They were randomly divided into contrast group and observation group. The contrast group was given one-to-one guiding teaching, while the observation group was given one-to-one guiding teaching combined with multimedia teaching. Compare both groups’ theoretical test results, experiment test results and assess the guiding teaching effects.Results The excellent rates of theoretical test and experiment test in the observation group are respectively 53.34% and 50.0%, which are obviously superior to the contrast group’s 23.33% and 20.0%, with a statistical significant difference (P<0.05). The guiding teaching in observation group are satisfactory that the knowledge awareness assessment results of special equipment disinfection, protection awareness and nosocomial infection are respectively(94.26±2.86),(95.69±3.11),(97.62±2.07)and(98.62±1.19)which are superior to the contrast group, with a statistical significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion CSSD adopting the one-to-one guiding teaching combined with multimedia teaching method can improve the student nurses’ practical operation ability.
