目的:探讨社区医院护士心理契约与职业倦怠的相关性。方法采用心理契约量表与职业倦怠量表对龙泉市3所社区医院133名护士进行问卷调查。结果社区护士职业倦怠总得分为(59.77±10.10)分,其心理契约各维度与职业倦怠各维度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论心理契约是社区医院护士工作倦怠的重要影响因素,管理者构建良好的心理契约,有助于降低社区医院护士的职业倦怠。

Objective To explore the correlation between the community nurses’psychological contract and job burnout. Method 133 nurses from 3 community health service center in Longquan were interviewed. Results The score of nurses’job burnout was (59.77±10.10), and the score of psychological contract was negatively correlated with the score of each dimension of job burnout (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological contract was the important influencing factor for community nurses’job burnout, the managers should build good psychological contract in order to reduce nurses’job burnout.
