选取载荷最大的舱体为对象,介绍使用ABAQUS软件进行舱体强度有限元分析的方法,计算中把舱段弯矩较大的一端固支,另一端施加等效剪力和轴力,是与强度试验比较一致的一种方法。此舱体在3种工况下的载荷较大,对3种工况下舱体的强度和刚度进行计算,计算结果表明,舱体的强度和刚度满足使用要求。
選取載荷最大的艙體為對象,介紹使用ABAQUS軟件進行艙體彊度有限元分析的方法,計算中把艙段彎矩較大的一耑固支,另一耑施加等效剪力和軸力,是與彊度試驗比較一緻的一種方法。此艙體在3種工況下的載荷較大,對3種工況下艙體的彊度和剛度進行計算,計算結果錶明,艙體的彊度和剛度滿足使用要求。

A cabin with the maximum load is studied in this paper. Strength analysis of the cabin is performed by using ABAQUS software. In calculation, a comparatively same method as in the strength test is adopted. One end of the cabin with larger bending moment is clamped and equivalent shearing force and axial force are exerted on the other end. Load of the cabin is fairly larger under three working conditions. Strength and stiffness of the cabin in the three working conditions are calculated. Analysis results indicate that the cabin has enough strength and stiffness and meets engineering requirements.
