To push forward the public cultural service of libraries is necessary to develop the public comment in which the user is the principal part. The user comment information is found on the base of subjective cognition. It plays a supervise and cooperation role in the improvement of libraries service and impacts the management decision-making. The library user comment information is a kind of intelligence resources and shows the trend of digital archive database.Settting comment channel name with vivid theme, separating the users information asking for help, strengthening the users’awareness of participating in comment and building a development model which take positive feedback as the core are unsubstantial aspects that need to be solved.
