煤矿事故多发，造成的伤亡严重，员工的心理应急能力对于事故的预防与处置有着重要作用。通过生理反映心理的方法，测试了应急状态下人们的心理应急能力指标，根据变化显著的指标计算了被试人员的心理应急能力指数，该指数能够客观、量化反映应急状态下人们的反应能力和心理承受能力。通过评价煤矿员工的心理应急能力，可以对煤矿的招聘和培训工作进行指导，从而提高员工的综合素质，有效减少事故的发生，降低事故造成的损失。

Various accidents frequently occurred in coal mines, which caused serious casualties, so the psychological emergency ability of the employees plays an important role for the prevention and treatment of the accidents. The employees’ psychological emergency ability parameters under emergency state were tested by the method of physical reflect psychology and the participants' psychological emergency ability index was calculated, this index can objectively and quantitatively reflect the tested person’ s response ability and mental capacity ability in emergency conditions. Through the evaluation of the psychological emergency ability of the employees, guidance can be provided for the recruitment and training of coal mines so as to improve the comprehensive quality of the employees, effectively reduce the occurrence of mine accidents and the loss caused by the accidents.
