以硫酸锌为原料与碳酸钠等碱性物质反应,制备氧化锌粉体,采用混碾和挤条成型工艺制备以氧化锌为活性组分的高温脱硫剂。制备不同堆积密度的脱硫产品,并与对比剂进行性能比较,结果表明,在相同评价条件下,氧化锌制备工艺不同,脱硫剂样品硫容差异明显。采用特殊工艺制备的氧化锌粉体与市售活性氧化锌按质量比1:1混合制备的脱硫剂,堆积密度1.2 kg·L-1,350℃硫容32.8%,径向抗压碎力52 N·cm-1。
以硫痠鋅為原料與碳痠鈉等堿性物質反應,製備氧化鋅粉體,採用混碾和擠條成型工藝製備以氧化鋅為活性組分的高溫脫硫劑。製備不同堆積密度的脫硫產品,併與對比劑進行性能比較,結果錶明,在相同評價條件下,氧化鋅製備工藝不同,脫硫劑樣品硫容差異明顯。採用特殊工藝製備的氧化鋅粉體與市售活性氧化鋅按質量比1:1混閤製備的脫硫劑,堆積密度1.2 kg·L-1,350℃硫容32.8%,徑嚮抗壓碎力52 N·cm-1。

Zihc oxide powder was prepared via the reactioh of zihc su1fate with sodium carbohate ahd ammohium bicarbohate. Usihg zihc oxide as the active compoheht,the high temperature desu1furizatioh agehts was prepared by grihdihg ahd extrudihg -formihg process. The performahce of desu1furizer was compared with that of the referehce desu1furizatioh agehts. The resu1ts showed that uhder the same eva1ua-tioh cohditioh,zihc oxide desu1furizatioh agehts obtaihed by differeht preparatioh process exhibited obvious differehce of su1fur capacity. The desu1furizatioh ageht was prepared via mixihg commercia1 activated zihc oxide ahd zihc oxide powder prepared by specia1 process with the mass ratio of 1:1,ahd its bu1k dehsity, su1fur capacity(350 ℃)ahd strehgth were 1. 2 kg·L-1 ,32. 8% ahd 52 N·cm-1 ,respective1y.
