目的:评定专利产品———支撑颈镜的安全性。方法30只新西兰兔随机分为内镜组和开放组,每组15只。开放组常规方法切除左侧甲状腺,内镜组运用自主研制的支撑颈镜切除左侧甲状腺。术前1 d 和术后1、3、5、7 d 经耳缘静脉抽血,比较两组清中白细胞介素(IL)-6和 C 反应蛋白(CRP)的变化情况。结果内镜组手术均顺利完成,无并发症,亦无因调支撑颈镜使用伤及实验兔或产生其他不良影响。开放组和内镜组术后 IL -6和 CRP 比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论支撑喉镜的各项机械性指标如机械牵拉能力、悬吊角度、工作长度均到达手术要求。

목적:평정전리산품———지탱경경적안전성。방법30지신서란토수궤분위내경조화개방조,매조15지。개방조상규방법절제좌측갑상선,내경조운용자주연제적지탱경경절제좌측갑상선。술전1 d 화술후1、3、5、7 d 경이연정맥추혈,비교량조청중백세포개소(IL)-6화 C 반응단백(CRP)적변화정황。결과내경조수술균순리완성,무병발증,역무인조지탱경경사용상급실험토혹산생기타불량영향。개방조화내경조술후 IL -6화 CRP 비교차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론지탱후경적각항궤계성지표여궤계견랍능력、현조각도、공작장도균도체수술요구。
Objective To introduce and verify a novel surgical instruments which has been patented by the State Intellectual Property Office of the PRC.Methods Thirty female New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two experi -mental groups.The interleukin -6 (IL -6) and C -reactive protein (CRP) levels were measured preoperatively and on the 1st , 3rd and 7th day after operation.Statistical comparison between the 2 groups was performed using analysis of paired t test.Results This instrument enabled effortless change in positions and facilitated manipulation of the thyroid gland while protecting the adjacent carotid artery in operation .There was no statistically significant difference in IL -6 or CRP between the conventional thyroidectomy group and endoscopic thyroidectomy group .Conclusion The new instrument provides feasi-bility and safety of the endoscopic thyroidectomy in animal experiments .
