慈善组织是慈善事业发展的主导者，而管理能力是影响慈善组织发展的重要因素。同情心、社会志愿捐助、公信力分别构成了慈善组织管理的道德要素、物质要素和文化要素。我国慈善组织在人力资源的管理、慈善资源的募集与使用、慈善组织公信力建设等方面的现实不足构成了其管理能力提升的桎梏。因此，应从合理化慈善组织的治理结构，拓展慈善资源的运营方式，形成慈善组织的社会资本三个方面进行突破。

Managerial ability deeply influences the development of charity organization , which is the leader of charity , and compassion , social donation , credibility are the moral ability , the substantial ability and cultural ability of charity organiza-tion.For Chinese charity organizations , improving managerial ability is blocked by their problems in human resource man-agement, fundraising and usage of donation and construction of credibility .Therefore, it is necessary for them to overcome these obstacles from three parts:constructing appropriate governance structure , diversifying operation modes , and forming their social capital .
