随着我国医疗水平的不断提高，医疗质量管理的重要性逐渐凸显。作为医疗质量管理中一个极为重要的环节，医用耗材的管理工作管理难度大、事务杂、容易出错，所以如何通过优化医院医用耗材管理来减少医院开支，提高医疗水平是医疗工作者不断探索的问题。本文通过对我国现阶段医院医用耗材管理的现状、存在的问题以及优化的措施进行了阐述，以期为今后的医用耗材管理提供借鉴。

With the increasing levels of health care, the importance of medical quality management increasingly prominent. As a medical quality management an extremely important part of the management of medical supplies difficult to manage, miscellaneous transactions, error-prone, so how to reduce hospital costs and improve the level of medical management by optimizing the hospital medical supplies medical workers continue to explore the issue . In this paper, the status quo of China at this stage of medical consumables management, optimization problems and measures were elaborated in order to provide a reference for future medical supplies management.
