医院病案管理工作是现代医院基本水平的体现，目前，我国医院病案管理仍停留在传统的纸质病案管理储存，其与飞速发展的现代社会需求矛盾日益增加，主要体现在传统纸质病案储存与有效利用之间的矛盾。在目前全球数字信息化的新形势下，落后的纸质病案管理工作已不能适应时代的发展，而建立病案电子管理系统不仅可以提高病案查阅效率，减小病案储存空间，同时还可避免纸质病案的遗失。因此建立病案电子管理系统与医院的发展息息相关，更是新时代发展的必然要求。

The medical record management was the embodiment basic levelof the modern hospital , at present, the medical record management in our country still stayed in the traditional paper-based medical records management, it increased the contradiction with the rapid developed social demands, and the main contradiction was manifested between the traditional paper-based medical record storage and effective use. Under the global digital informal situation, the backward paper-based medical records management could not adapt to the development of the times, while the setting up of electronic record managing system could not only improve the efficiency of medical record review, reduce the medical record storage space, but also could avoid loss of paper-based medical records. Therefore the setting up of electronic record managing system was closely related to the development of the hospital, but also was the inevitable requirements of the new age.
