体操练习是增强学生体质、促进身心健康发展的重要手段之一,然而在体操教学尤其是器械体操的教学过程中,由于练习方法的不恰当等因素学生在练习中很容易发生运动损伤使学生不但达不到健身的目的反而造成身体残疾以及心理障碍。深入探究发生运动损伤的因素并制定合理的预防措施在体操教学中非常重要,笔者在该文中将就此进行阐述。

Gymnastics is one of the most important means to enhance the physical fitness of students, promoting the healthy development of body and mind.However, in the gymnastics teaching especially in the process of apparatus gymnastics teaching, so many factors such as inappropriate practice method is easy in practice sports to lead injury so that students can’t achieve the fitness for purpose ,causing physical disability and psychological barriers.To explore in-depth the factors of sports injury and to develop a reasonable preventive measures are very important in the teaching of gymnastics, we will elaborate about these in this paper.
