目的：探讨非计划二次手术质量评价的研究进展。方法选取该院2013—2014年77562例住院手术患者进行研究，对非计划二次手术的发生率以及相关因素的比例进行计算，并分析具体原因。结果非计划二次手术的发生率为0.34%，在具体原因包括手术效果没有达到预期、切口问题、二次碎石、术后活动造成出血、手术区域发生感染等。结论对于非计划二次手术发生率过高的状况，医院必须提高警惕性，改进围手术期间诊断治疗过程中暴露的问题，并全面分析问题发生的原因，通过针对性的预防措施来促进手术质量的提高。

ObjectiveTo probe into the study progress of quality evaluation of non-plan second surgeries.Methods 77562 patients who experienced surgeries in our hospital from 2013to 2014 were chosen and the occurrence rate of non-plan second surgeries and the ratio of related factors were counted. The specific reasons were analyzed.Results Outcome The occurrence rate of non-plan second surgeries was 0.34%. and the specific reasons included that the surgery effects were not expected, the problem of incision, secondary shattering, the blood because of activities after surgeries and the injections around operative regions.Conclusion Hospitals must raise their vigilance facing with the excessive high occurrence rate of non-plan second surgeries and correct the problems in the process of surgeries and diagnosis, comprehensively analyze the reasons that lead into these problems, and improve the surgery quality through the targeted precautionary measures.
