基于医学生理论实践、临床思维、沟通能力欠缺,同时为使医学生接触真实世界中的案例,学习隐含在案例中的概念、原理和观点,结合胸膜疾病教学内容的特点和医学生的具体情况,在临床教学中应用了“以病例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为主导”为核心的以案例为导向的教学模式。通过对临床教学的实践与反思,以案例为导向的教学模式在胸膜疾病临床教学中具有提供临床实践机会、进一步巩固基础理论知识、提高临床思维能力、增强沟通及团队协作能力等优势,但仍需注意病案库的建立、学生能力的不同及高水平要求教师等问题。
基于醫學生理論實踐、臨床思維、溝通能力欠缺,同時為使醫學生接觸真實世界中的案例,學習隱含在案例中的概唸、原理和觀點,結閤胸膜疾病教學內容的特點和醫學生的具體情況,在臨床教學中應用瞭“以病例為先導,以問題為基礎,以學生為主體,以教師為主導”為覈心的以案例為導嚮的教學模式。通過對臨床教學的實踐與反思,以案例為導嚮的教學模式在胸膜疾病臨床教學中具有提供臨床實踐機會、進一步鞏固基礎理論知識、提高臨床思維能力、增彊溝通及糰隊協作能力等優勢,但仍需註意病案庫的建立、學生能力的不同及高水平要求教師等問題。

Based on the lack of the theory, practice, clinical thinking and communication skills of medical students, and at the same time in order to make medical students contact with the real world cases, learning concept, principle and idea of implied in the case, according to the characteristics of medical students and pleural diseases teaching content, apply Case-based Learning teaching mode whose core is "with cases as the guide, based on the problem, take the student as the main body, dominated by teachers" to pleural disease clinical teaching. Through the practice and reflection on the clinical teaching, Case-based Learning teaching mode in the pleural disease clinical teaching can offer clinical practice opportunities, further consolidate the basic theoretical knowledge, improve the clinical thinking ability, enhance the advantages of the communication and team cooperation ability. But we still need to pay attention to the establishment of the medical record library, the differences of students' ability and high level requires teachers and so on.
