目的：以该校编写的4520特长态度培养方案为研究载体，将思想政治教育中社会主义核心价值体系所包含的4方面教育内容，分别在方案中划分的适应、丰富、实践、发展4个阶段下的培养模块中进行实施，旨在探索出一套科学合理且适合当代大学生的思想政治教育培养体系与实施途径。方法通过问卷调查的方式，对该校2012级学生干预前后思想政治状况及道德品质的转变情况进行统计学意义分析。结果随机抽取的1301名学生在政治教育、理想信念教育、民族精神和时代精神教育、道德品质教育干预前后的得分情况差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论将思想政治教育有机地融入到高职学生的特长态度培养当中，对提高学生的政治素养和道德品质有着积极的促进作用和良好的效果。

Objective With our college 4520 speciality attitude training program as research carrier, Four aspects of the socialist core value system education content were included in the 4 stage training module implementation of Adaptation, rich, practice, development,Aim to explore a set of scientific and reasonable and suitable for the ideological and political education of contempo-rary college students and the implementation way of training system. Methods According to The results of Questionnaire investiga-tion, analysised Statistically our school 2012 grade students before and after the intervention of Ideological and political status and moral quality change. Results 1301 random sampling students have significant differences in the scores the education of ideal and faith education, national spirit and time spirit, moral character education intervention, before and after the political education, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusions The ideological and political education Organic integrat into vocation-al college students' specialty attitude cultivation has promotive effect and good results on improving the students' political aware-ness and moral quality.
